Lemonade Cake Recipe
Looking for a really good lemonade cake recipe? Try this one and you'll everyone begging for another piece.
Follow the directions for one Pillsbury ® Moist Supreme Lemon Cake mix.
Add: 1 box lemon instant pudding mix, beating two minutes; then add ¼ cup
lemon juice and beat again.
Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until done.
Cool 15 minutes, invert onto plate.
Glaze
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
½ cup milk
1 Tablespoon lemon juice.
Whisk the glaze ingredients together and pour over the warm cake.
